- Your investment allocations, which you select from your investment choices
- Your Social Security number
- Your beneficiary's Social Security number, birth date and address

Important: Don't forget that your enrollment is not complete until you also complete and submit the required Salary Reduction Agreement. You can also use the agreement to modify your contributions. Please submit the agreement to your Benefits Office.
How It Works
- New or Existing Employees: If you have not completed your agreement or wish to change your elections at any time, access the Salary Reduction Agreement directly. The agreement will enable you to elect your salary reduction for both University of Richmond plans: the Basic Plan (Retirement Annuity) and the Optional Plan (Group Supplemental Annuity).
